Mrs Wavey got me some Bacon Salt for Christmas (and some Baconaise too). I haven't tried either yet but they sound promising

Decent stuff! I have to figure out other ways to use it. Just tried it on my steak, but the flavor didn't really permeate. I need to figure out how to use it in a marinade, I think. :)
