I know it's more important for them, since they need activation for their devices to work, but it's an even bigger slap in the face for iPod touch users who have to friggin' pay for this update.
:) Unfortunately, after I had e-mailed my brother that I successfully got my iPod updated, he tried to update his iPhone (1st-gen), and it failed. I tried to help out via e-mail, but I think my bro was too pissed to do much troubleshooting. AFAIK at the moment it's still messed up. :(

Finally got the update and downloaded some apps. Fun! I'll have to get some more stuff later. I need sleep now. -_- zzzzz
